1. Introduction

Welcome to ckpk, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the registered player ("Player", "you", "your"), and ckpk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at ckpk, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and payment services.

By accessing the ckpk website, mobile application, or any associated digital property, or by completing account registration, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the ckpk platform regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access it.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ckpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ckpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ckpk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems (bots) are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ckpk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the ckpk platform, whether voluntarily (self-exclusion) or by decision of the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ckpk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the ckpk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your ckpk account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckpk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ckpk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact ckpk support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ckpk may at any time, and at its sole discretion, request documents to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. These may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ckpk may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals.

• Identity documents must be government-issued and clearly show your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address documents must be dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification may be required before processing withdrawals exceeding thresholds set by ckpk from time to time.
• ckpk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for accounts displaying unusual deposit patterns.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ckpk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may be applied on a per-transaction or daily basis and are communicated within the Cashier section of your account. ckpk does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose its own charges for which ckpk accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. ckpk aims to process all bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances have been met.
• ckpk reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, ckpk may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts on ckpk are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT values. ckpk does not operate multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ckpk offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of each offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is valid for one (1) use per player unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) before they can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer table games, roulette, and baccarat may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period from the date of credit. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• ckpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited where it determines there has been manipulation, abuse, or technical error.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific welcome bonus value, minimum deposit threshold, and wagering requirements are stated on the ckpk promotions page and in the email communication sent at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility requires that the player has not previously held a ckpk account.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ckpk platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface. In all cases, the result determined by the game software or live dealer — as recorded in ckpk's server logs — shall be final and conclusive.

6.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ckpk will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's cash balance. ckpk accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or network provider.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event that a game malfunction is identified — including but not limited to display errors, incorrect odds presentation, or RNG failures — ckpk reserves the right to void any wagers placed during the affected period and to return the corresponding stakes to players' accounts.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ckpk, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, and kabaddi, are subject to the specific rules of each market type. In-play (live) bets are accepted until the market is suspended. ckpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Palpable errors (odds clearly out of line with market consensus at time of placement) will be corrected and bets voided or settled at the correct price at ckpk's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

ckpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools to manage their gaming activity. The Platform makes available the following responsible gaming features to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Players may configure a maximum session duration after which they are automatically logged out and prevented from re-logging until the following calendar day.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in live games, tournaments, or sports markets.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any transaction that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or systematically harvesting data from the ckpk platform.
• Using another player's account credentials or impersonating another player or ckpk staff member.
• Placing bets for any third party or on behalf of any undisclosed principal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ckpk platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, text, data, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the intellectual property of ckpk or its content licensors (including game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ckpk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the ckpk platform without prior written consent from ckpk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if ckpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ckpk's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ckpk does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defect will be corrected within any specific timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ckpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ckpk.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, ckpk may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ckpk support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any verified cash balance will be paid out subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

12. Disputes & Complaints

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a bet settlement, a transaction, or any other aspect of the ckpk service, the Player must notify ckpk in writing (via live chat or email to [email protected]) within seven (7) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

ckpk aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a full resolution within 72 hours. Where a dispute requires third-party technical investigation (e.g., game provider log review), the resolution period may be extended. ckpk will communicate any such extension to the player promptly.

In all disputes relating to game outcomes, the data recorded in ckpk's server logs shall be the definitive record. Where ckpk's records differ from those displayed on the player's device (due to connectivity issues, display errors, or cached data), ckpk's server-side records shall prevail.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ckpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ckpk will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification at next login at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the ckpk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

The version of these Terms currently published on the ckpk website is the version that applies to your use of the platform. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
